It’s still not too late to join us on this amazing changing trip to India.
The North India Experience tour is one not to be missed, it is not just a travelling experience, it is a journey that will open your mind and your senses.
If India was a place that was on your mind or even if it wasn’t a place you ever thought you would travel to, be assured that this trip and community will make you feel safe, adventurous, independent and nurtured.
You will be visiting the Woman & Child ‘Mobile Health Clinics project’ which is a highlight of the trip, this is a great opportunity to get you involved in local community, which many people who travel or holiday just don’t get to see let alone experience. These wonderful people are eager to listen, learn and most importantly share with you their stories, life and delicious food (we can cater for your dietary requirements).
This journey also takes you up Dharamshala another highlight! Dharamshala is a town on the edge of the Himalayas, you never get bored of looking at the rugged snow-capped mountains….., it is also home to the Dalai Lama! Whilst here you will be supporting your local guide Amit by staying at his comfortable camp site Camp Himalayan Nest, yet another fantastic opportunity to support local people and engage in local community. The walk up to the camp requires a moderate fitness level, is also filled with lots of opportunities to take photos of the scenery, people and of course if the locals are out and about they will only be too happy to meet with you and if you’re lucky you can share in a dance!
India is vibrant and chaotic, a land of incredible contrasts and paradoxes! Helen who has been to India 6 times is excited to share her knowledge and passion of India with you.
Come with us, as we peel back the different layers of India to you. Wherever you are from, you will find something that touches your heart in India.
